Vision Statement

"In ten years there will be a [City Heights Resident Council] that is made up of a core resident leaders who, through grassroots community organization will educate, maintain, and sustain open communication throughout the community to set the policy agenda for City Heights."

The 12-month planning process from June 2009 through May 2010 involved a very broad base of community residents and young people, public agencies and institutions, nonprofits, civic groups, and businesses to create a shared vision for a healthier future for City Heights.
